Packeta pickup or home delivery, or in-store pickup in Holešov. Pay by bank transfer, QR code, card (GoPay) or cash on delivery.

We offer silk and polyester models — each product lists material and colour. Standard 24-month warranty applies.

Can I return or claim defective goods?

Yes. Report defects by e-mail or post; consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. See Returns & complaints in the footer.

1. Order and contract

An order is placed by submitting checkout with the button “Order with obligation to pay”. We confirm receipt by e-mail. The purchase contract is formed when we confirm the order (for card payments, after successful payment authorisation).

2. Price and payment

Prices are in CZK including VAT. Payment by bank transfer, QR (SPAYD), cash on delivery or card (GoPay). Goods are shipped after payment is received; in-store pickup by arrangement. For discounted prices we show the lowest price offered in the 30 days before the discount.

3. Shipping and delivery time

Packeta (pickup point / home delivery) or In-store pickup - Tovární 1333, 76901 Holešov, CZ. Current shipping prices are on the Shipping & payment page. We usually dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Exact delivery time depends on the carrier.

4. Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods. Procedure, return costs and the model form are on the Right of withdrawal page.

5. Complaints and defects

Rights for defective goods under the Czech Civil Code. See Returns & complaints. Liability for defects lasts 24 months from receipt.

6. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution. The ADR body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, https://www.coi.cz/. Using ADR does not prevent court proceedings.
