Right of withdrawal
Spotřebitel může odstoupit od smlouvy do 14 dnů od převzetí zboží bez udání důvodu.
Summary: Zboží zašlete na naši adresu; peníze vrátíme do 14 dnů od odstoupení nebo doručení zásilky.
As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Notify us by e-mail at info@kravaty-kravaty.cz or by post; you may use the model form below. The deadline is met if you send the notice before it expires.
Returning goods and costs
Send the goods without undue delay (no later than 14 days after withdrawal) to: varanasi Co., s.r.o., Růžičkova 511, 769 01 Holešov. The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
We will refund the payment including the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered, using the same method as received, without undue delay and within 14 days of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.
