Vadné zboží reklamujte e-mailem nebo poštou — uveďte číslo objednávky, popis vady a fotografie.

Summary: Reklamaci vyřídíme bez zbytečného odkladu, nejpozději do 30 dnů. Spotřebitel má 24měsíční záruku na vady.

Report defective goods by e-mail to info@kravaty-kravaty.cz or by post to varanasi Co., s.r.o., Růžičkova 511, 769 01 Holešov. Include your order number, a description of the defect and ideally photos. You may send the goods to the same address or arrange in-store handover.

We will handle the complaint without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest. Consumers have rights under the Civil Code, including 24-month liability for defects from receipt.

If you disagree with the outcome, you may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (https://www.coi.cz/) for ADR, or go to court.

In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after shipping.

What shipping and payment options are available?

Packeta pickup or home delivery, or in-store pickup in Holešov. Pay by bank transfer, QR code, card (GoPay) or cash on delivery.

What materials are the ties made from?

We offer silk and polyester models — each product lists material and colour. Standard 24-month warranty applies.

Can I return or claim defective goods?
