What data and why
We process name, delivery/billing details, e-mail, phone, order and payment data, and technical data (e.g. IP). Purposes: contract performance and support (contract), accounting (legal obligation), rights and security (legitimate interest), website analytics only with consent.
Recipients
Data is shared with the carrier (Packeta), payment gateway (GoPay), and hosting/e-mail providers. With analytics consent, data may be transferred to Google (Google Analytics) outside the EU (USA) under consent and Google’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Order data for the contract term and statutory archiving (typically 5–10 years for accounting). Customer account until deletion. Analytics until consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz). Marketing e-mails only with consent, which you may withdraw anytime.
